We are very sensitive to your concerns regarding the security of using your credit cards to purchase products over the Internet. Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet. This makes it very difficult for someone to steal your credit card information. We also use encryption technologies to protect the security of your credit card and password information while we are processing your order.
How to Purchase
- Go to http://safe.desyne.com and select your product.
- Review the product information and click the "Add to Cart" button.
- On the "Your Shopping Cart" page click the "Checkout" button.
- On the "Your Address Information" page enter your billing and shipping address for this order. Important Note: Your billing address must EXACTLY match the billing address that appears on your credit card statement. Once you have provided your address information click the "Checkout" button.
- On the "Review Order and Payment Information" page, review your order for accuracy, select your preferred shipping method and enter your credit card information including Cardholder Name, Card Number, Expiration Date and Card Verification Value. Once you have provided your shipping method and payment information click the "Finish Checkout" to complete your order.
- If the credit card information you provided for this order is accurate and you have sufficient "open to buy" balance to cover the purchase of your product, you have completed the order process. You will be shown an order confirmation page telling you that your order has been accepted and providing you with your order number.
Please print this page and save it should you need to contact customer service regarding your order.
- Shortly after you have completed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us containing the details of your order.
- After your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us notifying you of that fact.

Enough Is Enough accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
Unfortunately at this time American Express, Visa, and MasterCard gift cards are NOT accepted.
If you use a debit card to pay for your order, please keep in mind that items are billed when shipped and funds must be available in your account at that time.
The charge for your order will appear on your credit card bill as "Enough Is Enough".

Shipping Methods And Rush Delivery Options
Standard 2 Business Day Shipments to addresses within the United States are sent by USPS Priority Mail and usually take 2 business days to arrive.
If you select RUSH Delivery for shipments within the United States, those items are sent by USPS Express Mail. This means that any in-stock item will ship to you to arrive the second business day after your order is processed and fulfilled. For most RUSH Delivery orders, this means arrival on the third business day after the order was placed.
Sales Tax
With respect to orders being shipped to addresses in Virginia, we are required to collect sales tax at the rates in effect at the time of shipping your order. The amount of your sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the check out process.
Order Confirmation Number
Upon completing your order you will receive an order confirmation number. Please save your order confirmation number and refer to it if you need to contact a Customer Service Representative.
Processing an Order
Your order of in stock merchandise will generally arrive within 3 business days after the date of your order, unless you have selected RUSH delivery. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order. Your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.
How to Change Your Order
If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to InternetSafety101@OWD.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order.

Returns and Exchanges
Please notify us if you have not received your purchase within 30 days of its shipment date. We will only replace the missing items if
we are notified of non-receipt within 30 days of shipping date. Requests
for replacements, returns and exchanges made later than 30 days after the shipment date will not be honored.
Damaged or Defective Product Exchanges
EIE will gladly replace damaged or defective products purchased directly from EIE and returned within 30 days of original shipment. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the damaged or defective product, however EIE will assume shipping and handling costs related to the replacement product. EIE is not responsible for replacing products damaged as a result of customer misuse or improper handling. To request an exchange for damaged or defective products, please return the product in its original packaging to the address below. The product must be received by EIE within 30 days of the original shipment date to process an exchange. Please include your name, mailing address, phone number, order confirmation number and the reason for exchange.
Refunds
EIE will gladly process a full refund for unopened products purchased directly from EIE and returned within 30 days of original shipment. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with return shipment. To request a refund, please return the unopened product package to the address below. Returned product must be received by EIE within 30 days of the original shipment date to process a refund. Please include your name, mailing address, phone number, order confirmation number and the reason for return. If you paid by credit card, your refund will be credited back to the credit card account.
